On June 19, the World Club of Odesites hosted a performance based on Lina Kostenko’s dramatic poem “Snow in Florence.”
The evening was a true encounter with great literature and profound theatre. Through the compelling performances of Oleksii Kochetov and Yuliia Petrusevichiute, the audience joined the characters on a journey of reflection on talent and freedom, honour and conscience, choice and staying true to oneself.
In the intimate atmosphere of the Club, Lina Kostenko’s words sounded especially poignant and contemporary, resonating deeply with everyone present.
We thank the actors, all the guests in the audience, and everyone who joined the performance online. Evenings like this remind us once again that true art knows neither time nor distance.
