This Privacy Policy defines what personal data the Public Organization “World Club of Odesites” (hereinafter referred to as “we” or the “Organization”) collects on the website https://odesa.club/, the purposes and legal grounds for processing such data, and your rights in relation to your personal data.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI, the Law of Ukraine “On Information”, and, for users from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
The data controller is the Public Organization “World Club of Odesites”.
