On May 31, the World Club of Odesites hosted a warm, bright, and wonderfully musical “Little (Almost) Summer Concert — Towards Summer!”, which marked a beautiful end to the school year and filled the audience with a true festive spirit.
That day, the Club’s hall was filled with children’s smiles, enchanting melodies, and anticipation of the long-awaited summer holidays. The concert was a true celebration of music, inspiration, and talent, with every performance bringing sincere emotions and warm impressions to the audience.
The stage featured students from the class of Mykhailo Ksida, a soloist of the Odesa Philharmonic — young musicians who are already demonstrating impressive skill, stage presence, and a genuine love of art. The audience enjoyed performances by Zlata Yakhno, Mariana Ilushko, Yevhenii Prysiazhniuk, Oleksandr Usov, Ivan Kazakov, Mariia Alui, Oleksandr Tymoshenko, and Solomiia Makovii.
A special highlight was a performance by Maestro Mykhailo Ksida himself, whose skill, talent, and love of music inspire a new generation of performers. The concert’s wonderful musical partner was accompanist Oleksii Volvak, who helped create a harmonious and festive atmosphere.
The programme featured music created especially for children — kind, bright, imaginative, and filled with light and fantasy. It captivated both young listeners and adults, reminding everyone of the beauty of childhood and the power of art.
We extend our special thanks to STRATEG COMPANY LLC and its director Oleksandr Syvak for their attention to children’s creativity and support for young talents. Thanks to their generosity, the concert participants received wonderful gifts — board games, creative sets, puzzles, and slime kits, which came as a pleasant surprise and brought the children even more joy and happy smiles.
The “Towards Summer!” concert was a wonderful reminder that music can unite, inspire, and bring happiness. And may the summer that is already at our doorstep bring our young musicians many sunny days, new discoveries, bright experiences, and unforgettable creative encounters!
