On July 4, the World Club of Odesites hosted the literary and musical “Concert for Three” — an evening that offered the audience a sincere conversation through poetry, music, and inspiration.
Poet Ihor Pototskyi once again impressed the audience with his talent for improvisation, effortlessly and wittily creating poems based on themes, words, and rhymes suggested by the audience. Each poetic improvisation was born right there in the hall, turning the listeners into true co-authors of the creative performance.
Liudmyla Samodaieva’s music filled the evening with a special atmosphere — contemporary, profound, and subtle. Andrii Malinich’s distinctive voice touched the deepest strings of the soul, giving the audience unforgettable emotions.
A delightful gift for the guests were performances by poet and translator Halyna Verd and actress Olena Shavruk of the Odesa Regional Academic Drama Theatre. They naturally complemented the evening’s programme, adding new colours, warmth, and artistic depth.
Once again, this concert proved that true art is born where there is sincerity, talent, and trust between artists and their audience. A special atmosphere filled the hall — attentive, bright, and full of lively dialogue and mutual inspiration.
Liudmyla Samodaieva and Ihor Pototskyi are now facing a lengthy work assignment, making this gathering especially precious for many — an opportunity to spend time with beloved artists once again, hear them perform live, and preserve these moments in their memories.
The World Club of Odesites sincerely thanks all the participants and guests of the evening for their warmth, generous applause, and love of art, which once again brought the Club’s friends together.
